Student Leadership Team
The Student Leadership Team is a student selected committee that helps to voice the opinions of all the students across the school. The students get involved in various activities, including supporting staff to lead activities on enrichment days, supporting at school events and fundraising for school equipment or items.
The team meets up regularly, organising fundraising events to buy items for the school that the students have voted for. Last year the students organised games stalls at the Christmas Bazarre, held a staff car wash, met with local councillors and ran refreshment stalls and games at Sports Day to raise money.
The Student Leadership team also got involved in running enrichment day activities and came up with our new Playground Rules after discussing with their tutor groups. The students have raised money towards purchasing some perspex windows for "The Hut", our outside classroom.
This year the students will be working towards raising money to further improve the outside learning area. The students work hard all year and come up with new and imaginative ways to fundraise at the school. The students are hoping to organise more events to raise money in the future.
